Make a file called "shutup.bat" in C:\Windows Contents of the file: --- SOF --- @echo off cls echo This superneat batchfile was provided by Bonzo echo It stops the WinUpdate service from nagging me with reboots. sc stop wuauserv echo. echo Done! echo That Bonzo sure is a genious! ping 127.0.0.1 > NUL ping 127.0.0.1 > NUL --- EOF --- If you don't want to do that, find another way to run "sc stop wuauserv" wich stops the service. Better than killing the process.. ;)
