And make certain that you have checked your *fat*. If it's getting rather low, you really don't want it all gone. As you said, muscle weighs more than fat. This will put above-average exercise in the above-average-weight. But not a lot, just a few pounds, maybe five to ten. Unless you do something crazy on a regulr basis, like carrying small cars or Too Much Nautilus Machine.
And given all that, if you're getting good (or jealous) looks while dancing, and you just don't seem to be running out of floor stamina, you (should) have no worries. |
