UFie Weekly Weight Loss and Fitness Thread by Phoon2006-11-05 00:12:42
  It's not much...but it's not going anywhere fast! by purplepineapple2006-11-05 00:49:26

to lose more than 2 pounds per week. Six weeks would get you 12 pounds at that rate, leaving you a bit over your goal weight, but probably in better shape to keep it off.

And if you do go to the gym more, just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so your weight may not go down as much, but your clothes will fit better! :)

Myself, I can't get rid of the last 8 pounds - six weeks stuck at my current weight and I'm really not sure what to do about it. I don't snack much, each (I think) reasonably well, and only allow myself a treat once a week (on Friday night). I don't go to gyms (don't like anyone else to see me sweat), but I do an hour of dance excercise three evenings a week (well, almost always), take the stairs at work as much as possible - and *still* the last few pounds won't go away!

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
