Brag about your weight loss. Own up to your slip-ups. Let us know how many miles you ran, how many pounds you benched, and how many celery sticks you ate.

You'll lose more weight if you know others are keeping track. (Hey, it works for those Biggest Loser folks, it has to work for us too!)
