Nacht Und Nebel, Red Zebra, The Neon Judgement. There's plenty of other good stuff on there (and some garbage as well), and while most of it can be categorized as "slightly off-centre mainstream" to "very alternative", the ones I mentioned are the most distinctly new wave/early electro on there. I would've liked to include Suicide Commando, but although the first SC recording (cassette actually) was from '89, it's not in the box. Dive is also missing, although I'm pretty sure he started out in the 80s as well. Too obscure I guess. Full tracklistings: clickski.
