Java help! The dreaded "NoClassDefFound" error! by jmaxsohmer2006-10-26 20:50:24
just make a jar of it by Freakazoid2006-10-26 21:06:33
Thanks, I'll try that. by jmaxsohmer 2006-10-26 21:40:32
I'm fully aware of exe defeating the purpose of Java, but it also makes it much easier to package things. I think an executable JAR should be alright - it was specifically requested that it be executable, but I don't think the prof ever specified .EXE.

Okay, the JAR thing didn't work... it's a command line app and I'm guessing JARs don't work so well with that because it never shows up (or, more likely, vanishes before I can see it). Is there something I have to do to the JAR to make it work like that?
