(TCH = The Canberra Hospital) I had a call from one of them practically yelling at me that x case had been completed and it was NOT complete and could I fix it. x case was another tech logging a job to pass a message on to one of the Access Control guys (we have to log EVERYTHING, even wrong numbers). It took me 5 minutes to get that through her head.
