The deli, apparently, only has two types of cheese, and they slice it to order. Not too far away from the deli, they do have a kiosk that is, effectively, a cheese shop. But they don't slice anything. I once asked if I could get a block of cheese from the kiosk and have the deli slice it. They weren't sure. They had to ask and ponder and conclude that yes, they could do that. This is all one store. The deli and cheese kiosk are not separate business entities.
