Yes, I have heard that called before. Not in professional hockey, but when my younger brother was in JV hockey in high school, one of the refs at one of his really-bad-ref games actually called it on one of the team members. He then quickly realized how stupid it sounded, and changed the call to something else that I don't remember anymore. I probably won't ever forget that, either: "whistle Intent to scare!" grin
