It's those who blindly follow $party because they don't have the sense to think for themselves. Honestly, I think anyone that votes a 'straight party ticket' is one form of sheeple. Those who don't vote at all are another variety - at least the ones that don't vote because they can't be bothered to get up from the TV long enough to think it out.
