I prefer Mankind; it's more specific. "Humanity" has other connotations. A few PC types may object to "Mankind" on the grounds that it excludes women, but they really need a few lessons in etymology. IIRC, the Manitoba Museum was originally called the Museum of Man, but the name was changed following accusations of sexism.
