And if your not allowed a 5 minute coffee/stretch Break, the company you work for had better have good insurance, any neck, back or eye problems that can be attributed towards using the PC without breaks could be their responsibility.
I know who my mum works for wont allow her use a mouse for work due to risk of RSI, she has to use a GFX tablet / rollerball, and is told she has to take a 5 minute break every hour, and use correct chair ect...
All companies I have worked for in the UK are very good at allowing coffee breaks, usually my Manager would ensure that a break is taken (I.E. they say its your turn to go get the coffee). |
