ok so this new bill of bush's... by unjust 2006-10-26 08:01:02
the one where he can delcare anyone an "enemy combatant" and hold them w/o council, judicial appeal, and *cough* torture *cough* waterboard them if they've done anythign against the usa. also the one where he can declare martial law at any time and do the same thing to the entire nation?

can someone tell me why the -right wing- folks are not up in arms about the destruction of the bill of rights and constitution?
