I guess i'll have to start chainsmoking to make up for the years to come. I went from 15 a day to partysmoker a little year ago, but it's hard to control. Thank God for nicotene gums.
I have some gound rules:
Vacations = a party = smoke
Drinking beer = party = smoke
Really, really, really, REALLY craving a cigarette = smoke
So I grab a beer anytime I feel the need for a smoke, and don't brak any rules.
... So I try to cut down on beers too ;) |
