back out into the dating sphere after your last breakup. And there isn't much that any of us here are going to be able to do - you are not even ready for advice.

When I was having my dark night of the soul (after a particularly bad breakup), I cried at least 4 hours every day for 3 months, many days much more than that. There was no such thing as the Internet yet, so I didn't really have a place like this to go and wallow amongst other people, even virtually. I was ALONE with just my immediate family (who were >200 miles away) and one or 2 friends who put up with me (and I'm grateful for that, to this day).

After 3 months of it, there just wasn't any more, and I stopped and started going out among people again.

All I can tell you is that even though you can't see it now, it does get better. And don't lose hope.
