and decisions. I have no idea what you look like or what you feel makes you hideous, but I think you need to stop focusing on it so much (unless you can do something about it).

Don't beat yourself up for your shortcomings, focus on the good things and try to do something about the bad things that you can change. Start with the easy things and work up to the harder ones.
