we pull down just over 35 K a year.

The cheapest houses were 150K at 8.9 percent on the first and a butt raping 12% on the second (100 percent loan) We are getting ready to refinance very shortly and we should be able to get 7.1 percent all the way across saving us close to 200 a month.
