people who know me now, would not believe. I have made only the basic school here in Germany. Then I learned grocer. When I got drafted to the Luftwaffe, they very fast detectet leadershipquality in me and I got promoted between the enlisted men over the average and was sent to spec ops trainings for pro soldiers. Lot of stuff that was for officers. And I did the job of a ground defense commander of a flying sqadroon.
But when my drafting ended I have been back in my low money jobs.
Because I didn't trustet me and my skills. that what I had done in the military didn't counted for me, even that I was each year nearly three month back in service to train my skills.
Low money, bad working conditions and idiots as superiors.
Through a coincidence I got the chance to go to the University. But I had to do some tests, because I had no higher education.
Ok three days sitting over texts, work with them some mathematics aso. Then came the day where I had to do go to a board of professors, hold a short speech, fiffteen minutes and had to defend my tesis for 30 minutes. the evening before I had nothing ready, because I didn't saw that I knew a lot about my theme (don't laugh, computerscience but in the beginning 80th)
so I decided not to go to the meeting the next day. A man I met recently and seen him as an enemy, because we discussed often about politics, he on the right wing I on the left, called short before 10 pm and asked if I was ready. After I told him that I wasn't going because of I didn't know anything, I thought my ears fall down, picturely he kicked my ass very hard and told me how brilliant he thought I was.
So I've gone, did the test in brilliance and after I got my diplomas I lead some very nice companies.
Never think low of you, you never realy know what is in you before some other kicked your butt.
