* In any case when the given programers are of high enough of a quality that management means letting them work and keeping others from bothering them... it's what I always wanted my mangers to do.

** Requires being told what was growing there for atleast 10 years or three rotations. Best crop might just be nothing, falow, or nitrogen fixing crops... most fields are overused.

Give me time and I'd love to play with the linux systems and learn how to do #9 though
