worth to mention, how should others see your worth.
sit down on your butt and write down all your skills, all you have done, from the scratch. Even if you think there is nothing special about you, other people may see it an other way.
If you don't change your behavior, seeing yourselve as low worth, you will work cheap for ever and and work in places you don't like
under conditions you don't like.
And if someone gives you a helping hand as here, so take it.
