If you are a babysitter and you want to be invited back (and loved to death by the parents and paid extra money and...), then do a little extra after the kids go to bed. Our favorite babysitter ever actually cleans up the toys, puts away the dishes, etc. after the kids go to bed. As a result, we don't begrudge paying her more than we pay others, because it's worth it to us. Not to mention that the kids love her...
