It will only take a few weeks to train these border guards to use guns on the job? I think the requirements should be much higher. It is not enough just to know how to hit what you are aiming at, and know the rules of firearm safety. It is at least as important to know when NOT to pull out the gun. And I don't see them teaching that in such a short time.
