You're the one saying he's wrong and trying to revise history, so you prove it. But since what I was saying apparently didn't come across too clearly, let me put it another way. There's a quote I've seen in several places, don't know who said it originally, but here goes: "No one is so blind as he who will not see". I'm not surprised your take on the interview is so markedly different from mine. Think about it.
