Just called USPS.. by subbywan 2006-09-25 11:34:41
There are 2 types of mailing:

Those that go to your address directly (ie, 123 Ufie Street), and the non-direct type (Boxholder, Mail Route x).

Apparently the post office, by law, MUST deliver any mail to you. There's no USPS list to block mail.

What they DO have is a list of 4 places that mail you stuff, and they suggest mailing them directly:

Mail Preference Service
Direct Marketing ASsociation
PO Box 643
Carmel, NY, 10512-0643

Equifax, Inc
Removal Dept
PO Box 740241
Atlanta, GA, 30374-0241

Experian
Attn: Comsumer Service Dept
901 West Bond Street
Lincoln, NE, 68521-3694

Transunion, LLC
Name Removal Option
PO Box 505
Woodlyn, PA, 19094-0505
