he was a self-absorbed jerk, but I was having fun being in a relationship, we broke it off about 9 months later. Shortly after, I hooked up with my hubby and we celebrated 11 years together (9 of them married) this last week end. If you are happy single then just be happy. If you meet someone to have fun with then have fun! If it develops into more then enjoy it. But don't let a perceived need spoil a perfectly good life :)
