Is there any possible rebuttal to the facts of the law as written, that it will be applied to retro-actively excuse this bunch of killers of all blame for their crimes? Clinton stained a dress and got impeached. A personal peccadillo, undoubtedly a wrong act, but one which should have been resolved between him and his wife rather than involving the whole country. Bush has stained three whole countries, two other ones with blood, and this one with the shame of the shedding of all that blood for a load of lies and half-truths. When can we see him in the dock answering for it?
