There is clear mention in the article	by MatthewDBA	2006-09-25 05:44:05
of the act President Bush is trying to persuade Congress to pass, which has as its primary purpose the establishment of military tribunals to try detainees. Of course the President isn't "passing" the law, but he's pushing for its approval, and apparently pushing pretty hard; and the article does make that clear at the end, when it says that "Congress should not go along" with the President. That said, the author of the article is hardly unbiased, based on the one-line biography.
