citizens/soldiers to the ICC. That's why the US was so busy to "persuade" other countries to sign a treaty with the US promising not to do that. And my pet peeve in this whole situation: US Congress has explicitly given the President advance permission to "rescue" US citizens held in custody in The Hague by the ICC, to the point of invading(!) that part of the Netherlands. Seriously, WHY are we (.nl) still in a defense treaty (NATO) with this biggest bully on the playground???
