mein erster Impuls war "teuflisches Gebräu", aber das könnte man ja auch positiv sehen - ich wollte, dass Sids Ekel auch Ausdruck bekommt. "Eklige Jauche" hatte ich auch schon getippt, aber das war mir dann doch wieder zu proletenhaft. "Widerwärtiger eitriger Ausfluss" hätte es inhaltlich und intelektuell sicher auch getroffen, aber "Siff" war wiederum schön einfach, plakativ und von Küste bis Alpen jedem verständlich. I don't have experience with the word "ichor" except from literature. No native speaker of english ever used that in spoken language in my presence. I try to translate without the help of a dictionary but sometimes I fail due to misunderstanding of the context or due to "false friends" (to become - bekommen). Therefore I welcome any klugscheißen - please go on.
