but a lot of countries have legislation against war crimes with no restriction on their own people. So there are some Israelian generals who can't go to Belgium, France or UK. Also here in Germany we have legislation against "Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit" crimes against humanity not restricted on Germans. If some one is known and searched because a war crime the whole European Community will get no go area for him/her. Z.
