According to the article, home proces rose 1.17% last quarter (3 months). So, prices are still going up, just more slowly. "The U.S. median home price next year may fall..." Sure. Maybe next year. Housing sales are back down to a more normal level and prices aren't growing as fast as before. Increased energy costs have slowed the entire economy. Why should housing be any different?
