I've just talked to a guy from NY who lives in a different state for 2 months now. He doesn't drive. He relies on other people for rides.

That was interesting to me. Wow !
I guess that's just a comment .. I thought I had a question about it but I really don't have much to ask. It seems either self-evident or too deep of a subject to delve into.
