Or do you trade in anecdotal evidence only?
I have lurked in the n.a.n-a.bl Usenet group for YEARS. I regularly review both n.a.n-a.email and n.a.n-a.sightings. I have yet to see a legitimate user complaint about such a rapid spammer listing that couldn't have been prevented by a responsible ISP.
Most times, you get a user that 'reports' I was 'accidently and irresponsibly' listed. However, checking n.a.n-a.sightings will show extensive evidence of that ISP receiving abuse reports that were neglected. Reference SPEWS S2170 and this Message-ID: <1147798946.466108.141300@i40g2000cwc.googlegroups.com>
looking at that URL and that Usenet message tells 2 different stories.
Who would you believe? The anonymous user with a gmail address, or a website that provides fairly extensive history showing information regarding the spammer, presumed abuse reports, and public listings detailing the network abuse.
