haven't needed to, but i have paid with check card over phone and picked up locked car w/ key over visor. other mechanic is open 9-8 so havent needed to. (i go to one of the best in the cities for oil change/ regualr checkup/tunes, and another guy to fix those issues that the good guys see that i can't do myself. (he's dirt cheap and amazingly good, but isnt' through on checkign everything))
