she wasn't tweaked enough. just really dreamy sort of. petting the plywood cutout ghoul, trying to (not agressively) rub her front up against myself and other security (and anyoen who got near). very calm unless we tried to force her to do somethign (i.e. sit down, come with us) or take away somethign she was holding (dog leash, dog had been removed from leash and onto rope w/ us w/o her noticing) she was lucid enough to not want to be strapped to a strecher/gurney, but not enough so to communicate why she shouldn't be, or what was happening to her or her name.
