While you cannot possibly expect me to reveal any sensitive proprietary information about my company, let me assure you that, in my honest estimation, you are very unlikely to get a better deal by trying to bypass me, especially if you factor in all the labour costs you would have to incur and were not charged for in the proposed contract. Please let me know if you intend to proceed with the contract.
I will address the invoicing issues in a separate communication.
