Spacing the experiments differently sure is correct, but wouldn't be possible... well it would, but I'm certainly not loading 96 Wells individually, on 8 or more plates per run. :) And unfortunately only some of the plates show area effects...

Will take a look at box plots and the trimmed means. It's not like I have to be super confident in the plots, it's more like that I want to know what and why I'm doing something.
