so out at ren fest this weekend we wrangled a woman who was semi-verbal, NOT lucid, and looked like her mouth was full of marshmallow fluff. her physical behavior was as if she was on ex, but the foamign at the mouth and lack of verbal communication skills was a new one for me. any idea what she was on?
