I think something is out to get me.
In the past month, I've lost (via release of magic smoke):
2 motherboards, 3 and 1/2 power supplies, a cd-rom drive, a processor, a stick of ram, two network cards, and a mouse. These weren't all from one computer - it was spread over five.

I'm not exactly well off, and I can't replace these things. Thus far, nothing save from a power supply has gone out on my main computer. Well, until this morning. Last night, there was a thunderstorm; I powered down my computers, unplugged them from both the network and the wall, and made sure there were no other electrical gateways for lightning (there were none). Imagine my suprise when I plugged in and turned on my computer this morning, and found that Opera had forgotten all its settings. [click][rightclick+downward swipe] "You just did a mouse gesture! Would you like to keep using them?" GAAAAaaaahhhh!!!

My brain hurts.
