... I support their stand. Users of spamhaus know that their use of it is governed in UK law. So e360insight should know better than to file in an Illinois court in teh first place. From my humble experience, this "opt-in" viral marketting is a sham. Just because I have an email address did not mean that opted-in. I have signed nothing, sent no emails to e360insight and never bought anything from them,yet I still get emails because they think I "opted-in". I vote for Erwins view on spammers
