the fructose in HFCS *IS* a sugar, but not the tasty one. Table sugar (from cane or beets) is the good one and that's sucrose. Unless they have figured out a way to make cubes out of HFCS goo, the strip's cola-as-cube suggests sucrose, which in North American big-brand colas is only available in Canada and some in Mexico.
