I had to traipse all the way acros the corporate campus to deal with this: Remember that this is a corporate campus, not a university. Problem: Computer won't boot. Me: Is the computer plugged into the pwerstrip? Luser: Yes. Me: Is the power strip plugged in? Luser: Yes. traipses across camopus Me: You can't plug the power strip into itself. I am not making this up. I actually serviced that call. And it isn't the worst one I've had.
