With all that motion, she may not learn to properly focus in on stationary objects. I don't know this, it's just a possible concern from what (little) I understand of the developement of the human eye. It is mostly conjecture. Very young babies eyes can't discern between a paper plate with a smiley-face on it or an actual human face. My suggestion is to limit access to television, just to be on the safe side.
