stuff like that would't be necissary...
while I had a cellphone (I don't know) I would always keep the ringer off and have it set for vibrate mode.
even had it "ring" during a movie once. scared the daylights out of me (wasn't expecting it and it was right on my hip) but didn't really disturb anyone else. I then proceded to walk out of the theatre and called the person back
