is the magnets will attract each other. They will very slowly twist into alignment, then equally slowly force their way together. I'm not guessing about this, scientists actually have used strong magnets to create a neat hole in a pig's stomach purely with magnetism and low but constant pressure. So, it would do major damage to your hand in the long term.
