A year and a 1/2 ago I was doing our dishes and a glass broke with my hand inside it. I sliced into the back of my pinky across the knuckle and cut deep into the tendon. Doctor put two stitches in to hold the severed tendon bits together and then another 6 to close things up. It was fun working to get it to bend once I was splint free, lots of attempts at making a fist followed by grunts - I lost a bit of movement (can't fully straighten it) but at least it works. - DW
