Your little question got pulled way out of context. We keep our guns for four reasons: 1) Hunting. Without deer huntig in Pennsylvania you wouldn't be able to drive in downtown Philledelphia in 2 years. 2) Target Shooting. It's a fun sport. 3) Self Protection. We don't believe that the government will be there for us 24/7/365. 4) The final right of Americans is to revolt. If things really do get too bad we will stand up and assert ourselves. Sure things look bad right now, but they've been worse. If the SHTF we are able to stop the splatter.
