Possibly the varieties 'Brilliant' or 'Neon' depending on how bright pink they are but from your picture its 'Autumn Joy'. I work in a nursery/garden center and have sold hundreds of them. The succulent-like description is the final clue. They bloom this time of year and look cool if you leave them up during the winter. If you want the scientific name its Sedum telephium 'Autumn Joy'.
