A UF Design Contest: Cascading Style Sheet by Illiad2006-09-14 15:08:59
How should people approach this? by Arachnid 2006-09-14 15:46:30
Without a template page to hook the CSS up to, people are going to have to submit their own sample HTML with the page, unless you provide them with some idea of the general layout.

Eg, you can't simply take /.'s css and attach it to microsoft.com and expect microsoft.com to suddenly look like /. - CSS is site specific.
