A UF Design Contest: Cascading Style Sheet by Illiad 2006-09-14 15:08:59
Just because you read the forum, you get a bit of a head start on this. I'll be posting the details of this contest on the Static next week.

UF is undergoing a functionality as well as an appearance re-development. I know we have some accomplished designers here, and I'd be pretty brain-lame if I didn't ask for your input.

The contest: come up with a set of two (2) stylesheets for UF. One stylesheet will be for non-paid members (members), the other will be for paid members (subscribers). To be accepted as valid, the entry must 1) be a set of two (2) style sheets, 2) conform to CSS standards (obviously) and 3) be original. No ripping someone else off or sending a stylesheet that makes UF look like Mac OS X or /.

Send your entry into me at illiad at the domain for this website with the subject header "UF CSS Contest Entry" -- you'll have until October 15th. You may submit more than one entry for the contest. Legal: All submissions become the property of UserFriendly.Org, you warrant the submission is yours and legal and unencumbered, we offer no warranties or guarantees, etc etc.

The winner will see their fantabulous design in use at UF in the coming months (earning the envy of UFies everywhere) and will show up in one way or another in a UF strip within six months of the announcement of the win. Good luck everyone!
